Why have I not recieved my goods?

We always endeavor to ship items the same business day if the order is made before 12:00 noon. This applies to both mail orders and telephone orders.

Delivery after shipment takes place within 1-3 business days. If you have not received your goods within this period, it may be due to an error or lost shipping.
